Robert Coleman

Director

Robert Coleman is an agribusiness expert with over 20 years of experience in large-scale agricultural projects across Africa and Eastern Europe. As a co-founder of Big Farm Turnkey Solutions (BFTS), he has led the development and management of numerous agribusiness operations, including rice farming and milling in Nigeria. His career highlights include key roles at Dangote Rice Ltd and Olam International, where he managed significant rice farming projects. Robert’s expertise in agronomy, land development, and farm mechanization makes him a valuable member of the Cape Mano Agriculture board.

Ifeanyi Ajuluchukwu

Director

Prior to founding Montserrado, Ifeanyi Ajuluchukwu spent over a decade in Corporate and Investment Banking with a focus on project finance transactions within the Oil and Gas sector and later on in the Telecommunications Industry. He joined Century Group as an Executive Director in charge of Strategy and Diversification and sat on the board of Century Ports and Terminals Limited. Ifeanyi currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Montserrado. He holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Lagos and an M.Sc. in International Finance from the Leeds University Business School (UK).

Ms. Telia J. Urey

Ms. Telia J. Urey is an accomplished entrepreneur and esteemed board member of Cape Mano Technologies Ltd. With over 10 years of experience in leading and directing businesses in Africa, Ms. Urey brings a dynamic perspective to our organisation.

As the CEO of Cape Mano Group, Ms. Urey oversees a conglomerate of companies dedicated to innovation and growth across sectors in Africa. Her expertise extends to real estate development, oil and gas, technology, and agriculture. She holds positions on several boards, including PLC Investments and Wulki Farms Inc.

Aishatu Mohamed Gambo Ruma

Director


Aishatu Mohamed Gambo Ruma is a seasoned public administration professional with over ten years of experience in national orientation and mobilization. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration from Bayero University, Kano. During her tenure at the National Orientation Agency (NOA), she led numerous impactful campaigns on critical issues like child labor and maternal mortality. Fluent in multiple languages, including English and French, Madam Gambo Ruma plays a crucial role on the Cape Manor Agriculture board, contributing her expertise in public policy and community mobilization.
