Educated in Aeronautical Engineering and Military Strategic Studies, his approach combines rigorous analysis with innovative thinking, driving Cape Mano to the forefront of industry advancements. Under his guidance, the company has strengthened partnerships, enhanced operational capabilities, and committed to leading the market in technological innovation and quality.
Major General Felix Agugo (Rtd)

Major General Felix Agugo (Rtd) is a distinguished board member of Cape Mano Technologies Ltd. With a rich background in military service and academic excellence, Major General Agugo brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our organisation.
During his time in the military, Major General Agugo completed various courses and training to become a Combatant Signals Officer. He holds a BSc (First Class Honours), MSc, and PhD in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from OAU, IIe – Ife. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through his participation in programs such as the Junior Staff Course in GAFCSC Teshie Ghana and the Next Generation of African Military Leaders Programme at the African Center for Strategic Studies in Washington DC.
Mr. Robert Speijer

Mr. Robert Speijer, a Dutch national, is an esteemed board member of Cape Mano Technologies Ltd. With a remarkable track record in the maritime and business development sectors, Mr. Speijer brings a wealth of expertise to our organisation.
As a multi-linguist, Mr. Speijer holds numerous degrees from renowned institutions. Prior to joining Cape Mano, he served as the Group Executive Director of Jagal Energy, where he played a prominent role in the Nigerian upstream sector. During his tenure, he oversaw oil and gas services, support base infrastructure, and investments in exploration and production.

Rear Admiral Idowu Bobade YUSUF (Rtd) is a highly esteemed board member of Cape Mano Technologies Ltd. With an impressive career in the Nigerian Navy, Rear Admiral Yusuf brings invaluable knowledge and experience to our organisation.
Rear Admiral Yusuf’s journey in the Nigerian Navy began in 1985, and he excelled in various training programs and courses both domestically and abroad. He attended the prestigious German Naval Academy, where he acquired the German Bridge Watch-Keeping Certificate and specialised as a Communications Officer at the Communication School in Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS) QUORRA.

As the President and Founder of the White Ink Institute for Strategy Education and Research (WISER), Brigadier General Bala focuses on capacity building in security governance strategy and national security policy.

As the CEO of Cape Mano Group, Ms. Urey oversees a conglomerate of companies dedicated to innovation and growth across sectors in Africa. Her expertise extends to real estate development, oil and gas, technology, and agriculture. She holds positions on several boards, including PLC Investments and Wulki Farms Inc.
